Monthly Bookkeeping Services

QuickBooks Cleanup

I provide monthly QuickBooks bookkeeping services to help keep your financial records accurate, organized, and up to date. This includes reconciling your bank accounts, income and expense accounts, loans, and business credit cards.

With accurate books, you can make better financial decisions, provide reliable reports to banks, and be prepared for potential investors or buyers. Clean books also give your tax preparer a ready-to-use profit and loss statement, which may save time and help reduce tax preparation fees.

Every business is different, so I’ll work with you to tailor my services to your specific needs. Each monthly bookkeeping package includes:

  • Balance Sheet
  • Profit & Loss Statement
  • Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations

Pricing is based on the number of transactions and the complexity of your business. After reviewing your needs, we’ll agree on a fixed monthly price, so you know exactly what to expect. See below for the price ranges you can expect.

Do you handle your own bookkeeping in QuickBooks but find yourself falling behind? Or maybe it’s been a while since your transactions were entered and reconciled?

Whether you need your books cleaned up, reviewed, or fully brought up to date, I can help. If you’ve already entered transactions yourself, I can reconcile your accounts, correct issues, and organize your books so you can confidently continue on your own — or transition into my Monthly Bookkeeping Services.

I can also build your books from prior bank and credit card statements if bookkeeping has been neglected for several months or even years. This is often needed when:

  • A tax deadline was missed or is approaching
  • You need financial statements for a bank loan
  • Your records are incomplete or disorganized
  • You want accurate books before moving forward

My goal is to provide you with clean, reliable financial records you can use to make informed business decisions and simplify tax preparation.

For all cleanup and catch-up work, we will agree on a fixed price based on the volume of transactions and the complexity of the work.
